Jackie Davis is a cradle Catholic who brings a deep love for the Faith and decades of professional and volunteer experience to her role on the Endow Board. A Missouri native, she and her husband Jim now split time between Denver and Phoenix, sharing a blended family of six children and eleven grandchildren. After years as a stay-at-home mother and community volunteer, Jackie held roles in education and nonprofit development, including with the American Heart Association and Cherry Creek Schools. Her journey with Endow began through participation in an Endow group, where she discovered the transformative power of sharing faith in community. Passionate about women’s spiritual formation, Jackie believes that when women grow in faith, families and the Church flourish. Her commitment to Endow is a way of giving back to the Church she loves and helping ensure more women encounter the faith-building opportunities that have enriched her life.

Fr. Jason Wallace, ordained on November 25, 2004, serves as the Vocations Director for the Archdiocese of Denver. With years of experience leading retreats, working with high school programs, and guiding souls in discerning God’s purpose for their lives, he is passionate about creating spaces for spiritual growth and meaningful connection. Fr. Jason deeply believes in Endow’s mission, understanding that Endow groups have the potential to help young women “connect and build a strong network where they can benefit from the richness of the faith, deepen their understanding of themselves, and form supportive relationships.” Excited for Endow’s future, he values its “sound anthropology and the understanding of the feminine genius,” equipping women to enrich their families and communities with confidence and faith.

Craig Miller has served as President of FOCUS (Fellowship of Catholic University Students) for nearly 25 years, bringing leadership experience from both the for-profit and non-profit sectors. With expertise in strategic planning, operations, and evangelization, he is especially passionate about women’s faith formation, recognizing their profound influence on families, communities, and the Church. Craig values Endow’s mission of fostering lasting transformation through small groups and deep faith. He believes that equipping women with a strong spiritual foundation is crucial for the future of the Church. By drawing on his leadership and evangelization experience, he hopes to help expand Endow’s reach, ensuring more women grow in faith, build meaningful connections, and become leaders who inspire and uplift their communities.

Sandra C. Michel is a Senior Wealth Manager at AMG National Trust Bank with expertise in wealth management, investment analysis, and private equity. She holds an MBA and Master of Finance from the University of Colorado-Denver and a BS from Keene State College. A longtime advocate for financial literacy and education, Sandra served as Chair of Economic Literacy Colorado and held leadership roles at The Club at Rolling Hills and Denver Christian Schools. Committed to Endow’s growth and sustainability, she helps expand its reach worldwide. First introduced to Endow 20 years ago, she credits its studies with deepening her faith. Sandra and her family are active parishioners at Light of the World Catholic Church. She enjoys golf, tennis, mountain biking, and live music.

Robert Lazzeri, currently managing Latigo Capital, brings over 40 years of experience in accounting, finance, and investment management to the Endow Board of Directors. With a strong history of serving on boards and committees dedicated to education, his expertise in finance and strategy uniquely positions him to help Endow navigate growth while staying true to its mission. Robert is passionate about empowering women through intellectual and spiritual development and believes Endow plays a vital role in nurturing women’s leadership in families, communities, and society. He hopes to support Endow in fostering a generation of women who are confident in their faith, intellectually enriched, and ready to transform the world.

For 17 years, Sr. Julianna Gonzalez, OCD, has embraced her Carmelite vocation, balancing contemplative life with an active apostolate. A spiritual mentor in the Handmaidens program, she helps young women discern their God-given mission. Rooted in Carmelite spirituality and a love for organizational health, she believes encountering God in daily life—through prayer and responsibilities—leads to true interior freedom. Her faith journey began at World Youth Day in Rome and the canonization of St. Josemaria, where she first discovered her God-given dignity. Inspired by St. John Paul II’s vision of the feminine genius, she helps women reclaim their identity as beloved daughters of God. As an Endow Board Member, she seeks to expand Endow’s presence, especially within Spanish-speaking communities.

Judy Dunn brings expertise in sales, marketing, and growth to Endow. After earning a business degree from Southern Methodist University, she held leadership roles at EDS and IBM before becoming owner and president of Decanter Imports, a successful wine distribution company. Judy’s passion for faith and service has guided her work for decades, including supporting the Daughters of Charity in Detroit, volunteering with the Missionaries of Charity worldwide, and serving as Director of Advancement at Saint Vincent de Paul Parish in Denver. She also serves on the Board of Trustees for the Augustine Institute, the President’s Advisory Council of FOCUS, and the Board of Directors for Austin County State Bank. Judy is passionate about helping all women deepen their faith and embrace their role as leaders in the Church.

Mother Agnes Mary Donovan, S.V., is the first superior general of the Sisters of Life, a religious community dedicated to protecting and enhancing the sacredness of human life. With a background in psychology and decades of leadership experience, she expanded the Sisters’ outreach to pregnant women in crisis, those seeking healing after abortion, and fostering a culture of life through prayer and service. Before entering religious life, she earned a doctorate in psychology from the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill and held faculty positions at the College of William and Mary and Columbia University. Mother Agnes believes Endow allows women to “focus deliberately on the mutual development of their faith life and their walk with Jesus” while providing opportunities to embrace their dignity and leadership in the Church.
“Women’s roles in the family and the Church are irreplaceable. To fulfill their call as leaders in both, they need the formation and support that Endow provides.”
Dr. Marilyn E. Coors, a founding member of Endow, has passionately advocated for women’s faith formation for over two decades, a calling that began when a priest encouraged her to start a women’s organization. Her academic and professional background, combined with her commitment to expanding Endow’s global reach, drives her involvement. She believes Endow empowers women to discover “who they are in Christ and their vital role in the Church today.” Marilyn’s experience on various boards, including the National Catholic Bioethics Center, has strengthened her skills in fundraising and leadership, which she now utilizes to help Endow navigate its growth. Marilyn’s leadership, rooted in her faith and her role as a mother and grandmother, is dedicated to fostering women’s roles in families and communities.

Archbishop José H. Gomez leads the Archdiocese of Los Angeles, the largest Catholic community in the United States. A passionate advocate for evangelization, he encourages Catholics to follow Christ with joy and simplicity, serving God and others in daily life. For nearly two decades, Archbishop Gomez has been a voice of compassion and moral clarity in public life, particularly in promoting immigration reform, family life, and vocations. He has represented the U.S. bishops at global synods and recently completed a three-year term as President of the USCCB. A founding supporter of Endow, he has championed the leadership of women in the Church and society. Originally from Monterrey, Mexico, he holds a doctorate in theology and speaks widely on faith and culture. Archbishop Gomez calls all Catholics to embrace their role in the Church’s mission with conviction and love.

Chastity is a devoted wife, mother of three, and passionate professional focused on enhancing organizational efficiency. With years of experience working in healthcare serving our youngest population, she has developed expertise in streamlining operations, improving communication, and fostering collaboration. Balancing family life with her ministry work, she brings a grounded perspective, understanding the importance of maintaining a healthy work-life balance. Her approach combines strategic thinking, a deep commitment to faith, and a nurturing spirit, all of which she integrates into both her professional and family roles. With a heart for service and faith-driven leadership, Chastity strives to inspire others through her work and her example.
“Reading and discussing JP II’s Letter to Artists aloud in high school revealed the Church’s wisdom to me—not as mere knowledge, but as something deeply personal. It was the first time I saw how truth speaks to both the heart and mind—something Endow provides women every day.”
Julia is passionate about helping women grow in their understanding of their God-given dignity. She earned a BA in Philosophy and Religion from Hillsdale College, where she deepened her love for classical education and the role of philosophical formation in catechesis. Julia has served with Catholic apostolates such as Annunciation Heights, FOCUS, Life Teen, and Renewal Ministries. After time in Denver, she and her husband returned to Texas to build their life together. Grateful for the way faith has shaped her journey, Julia feels called to continue fostering meaningful connections among women seeking truth, beauty, and a deeper relationship with God.
“I was drawn to Catholicism through the witness of strong, wise women who lived its teachings with grace and conviction. Their examples opened my heart to the beauty of the faith; I’m grateful to now offer that same experience to others through Endow.”
With a BS in Communications and an MA in International Education, Terri Sue brings over 20 years of experience in education, communications, and curriculum development to Endow, ensuring its studies remain faithful, relevant, and enriching. She also walks alongside hosts and participants, offering guidance and support as they grow in their spiritual journeys. Grateful for the gift of faith, she is dedicated to helping women embrace their God-given dignity and deepen their love for Christ and His Church. Outside of Endow, she and her husband enjoy hiking, reading, and traveling, and she treasures time with their adult daughter and son.

Janeth helps Hispanic women grow in faith by offering Endow’s program in Spanish and guiding them in forming groups. For over a decade, Janeth has served the Hispanic community through various apostolates, assisted women’s religious orders, and co-founded the Spiritual Mothers Apostolate of the Archdiocese of Denver. She’s involved in multiple Catholic organizations and serves as a mentor. Janeth holds a degree in Marketing and Management and has received theological and spiritual formation from In Ipso Institute, McGrath Institute for Church Life, La Academia Latinoamericana de Líderes Católicos, and the Inscape Center for Personal Vocation. Janeth is the mother of one adult daughter, who sparked her reversion to the Catholic faith.
“As a cradle Catholic, I knew the ‘what’s’ of our faith but not the ‘why’s.’ Unpacking its rich beauty with like-minded women was transformative for me. My hope is to establish an Endow group in every town, so all Catholic women have the opportunity to grow in understanding and love of our Lord and the Church He founded—just like I did.”
A cradle Catholic from Ohio, Annette earned engineering degrees from Purdue University and the University of Michigan, followed by an MBA from the University of Pennsylvania. She held management positions at Chrysler Motors and BASF Corporation. Blessed by the birth of twin sons and a daughter, Annette took a professional sabbatical to raise her family in Colorado and joined an Endow group. There she gained lifelong friendships and growth in faith, intellect, and spirit and became passionate about Endow’s mission to educate women on their God-given dignity and feminine genius. Annette feels blessed to serve an organization that has been such a meaningful part of her life.
